Usage: ON [#|+|-|^|&|@]WINDOW_CHANGE [-|^]<parameters> [action]

Whenever a window is swapped, this hook is triggered 

    $0    Refnum or name of the window we came from
    $1    Refnum or name of the window we swapped to
